All vehicle enquiries made through the Website are subject to availability and final confirmation from the company.

Customers will receive booking confirmation through direct communication via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
4. Payment and Deposits
Payments may be made through cash, bank transfer, or card, as mutually agreed between Aurum Wheels and the customer.
A security deposit may be required before vehicle handover.
Cancellations and refunds are not available once a booking has been confirmed.
5. Age and Licence Requirements
To rent a vehicle, the customer must meet the minimum age requirement under UAE law, currently 21 years old, and hold a valid UAE driving licence or a recognised international driving licence. Additional age or licence requirements may apply for luxury vehicles.
6. Insurance and Liability
Insurance coverage depends on the specific vehicle and will be clarified during the booking process.
Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or traffic fines incurred during the rental period, subject to the agreed insurance terms.
Aurum Wheels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or unavailability of its vehicles.
7. Prohibited Uses
The customer agrees not to use the vehicle for:
Racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities;
Sub-rental or transferring the vehicle to another person;
Crossing UAE borders without written consent;
Smoking or transporting pets inside the vehicle;
Any conduct likely to cause damage to the vehicle or violate UAE law.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collected through enquiry forms (e.g., name, email, phone number, driver’s licence details) will be used solely for communication and booking purposes.
Aurum Wheels Cars Rental complies with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Customer information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
9. Intellectual Property
